ARCHLine.XP 2023
For faster, more spectacular design
We listened to our users and partners, we have integrated over 30 suggestions in the new program to make your workflow even faster and easier.
Bring Your Designs to Life with ARCHLine.XP 2023's New Render Module!
Our simple and fast solution offers photorealistic renderings with advanced shading effects such as ambient occlusion, shadows, and transparency to show even the finest details in your scenes.
The rendering process is quick and easy, and can be grasped within a day. Both skilled and novice users can tailor it to their preferred workflow, technical abilities, or preferences.
It is designed to be user-friendly for simple tasks and offers powerful capabilities for more complex ones, adhering to the motto of "Simplicity when possible, power when necessary."
Many screens such as the Staircase or RoomBook now have a more modern and intuitive look, new grips in the design move more and more frequently used commands directly into the 2D view, where you work!
Experience the future of visualization with our new graphical override method, the Color Scheme feature!
It allows to communicate design properties with colours that help visualise and understand the contents of the design. ARCHLine.XP recolours selected elements by property, condition and value. A legend of the colour schemes can be generated to produce complete designs.
Impress your clients and colleagues with clear and understandable presentations using this innovative feature.
Define and place pre-determined concrete steel shapes or customize your own with this innovative tool, perfect for reinforcing concrete modeling elements such as columns, beams, and slabs.
RTF documents can be written directly in the software editor or copied and imported from Word or similar format files. The texts retain most of their formatting characteristics.
You can now complete your tables with annotations or formatted reports, increasing the quality of the final result.
This new feature allows you to visually describe the construction sequence by representing it as a timeline.
The 3D model will be composed one piece at a time associated with the different phases of the timeline. Get a visual representations of the construction phases and complement your 2D drawings and schedules with this tool, making it easier to understand the project.
The output is a stunning 3D animation that showcases elements along a timeline.
ARCHLine.XP 2023 supports IFC4 and IFC2x3 import/export.
IFC4 is a later and more up-to-date scheme than IFC2x3 and several implementations have been added including the import and export of Texture and Material BIM Parameters. Brep mode is replaced by a new 3D generation system for exporting generic elements, which results in a significant saving in file size.
The Interference Check (MEP) tool searches for conflicts between a set of selected entities or between all entities in the model.
The purpose of the tool is to detect conflicts and improve design by reducing unforeseen events on site during the construction phases. Collisions occur when a BIM object overlaps another BIM object due to the lack of space between them, e.g. when beams and columns collide with pipes, ducts or fittings.
The view generated in this way is no longer temporary and always remains active. It is possible to regenerate the model while keeping complete and partial views of the project at the same time. In the case of complex projects, this functionality is convenient for keeping the generation focused only on the portion in which you are working.
It is possible to set a sub-elevation within a plan in order to refer to that elevation directly. During drawing, a convenient button allows you to quickly switch between the portion at floor elevation and the portion with relative elevation.
It is possible to reorder the values in the automatic table, as well as manage customised cartouches. The room name can be updated from a quick drop-down menu, directly from 2D view and without opening additional screens.
Variants are elements that differ only slightly from similar elements.
Variants provide a convenient way to record new items in the library by changing a few parameters.
The Wall Dimension tool is enriched with new options for defining rules to be executed and the possibility of storing dimension sets.
The sets can also be activated from the Subcommand Bar during drawing. This functionality allows you to store your own standards and recall them quickly, speeding up the important dimensioning process of the drawing.
The management of the Plot Layout has been simplified by acting on the appearance of the property bar.
The most important parameters for the definition of the graphic detail can now be set directly with grips, which speeds up the customisation of the workpieces considerably, as it no longer requires a second dialogue to be opened.
This is actually a more global change made to Layer Management. In fact, Layer-Filters can now be stored and associated to a specific 3D-View.
Until now, it was always possible to identify a material used in the design with a right-click on the model. This material was quickly highlighted in the Design Centre and from there it was possible to change its properties directly.
With a new Design-Centre command it is now possible to perform the reverse operation: to identify objects to which a material is applied in the library.
With this option, you can easily display all light sources in your space, indicating whether they're on or off. For lamps with multiple light sources, you'll see a number displayed, making it easier to keep track of your lighting setup.
Seamless integration between the rendering program and ARCHLine.XP!
With this new setting, you can easily import your rendered images directly into ARCHLine.
