Project description
The bathroom, with a nearly 12 square meter area plus a 4 square meter sauna, enhances the parental private zone of a family house. Plenty of light floods into the bathroom through the windows, ensuring relaxation in this bright, nature-inspired space.
The centerpiece of the bathroom is the freestanding bathtub, behind which the shower and toilet are cleverly hidden. The uniqueness of the shower lies in the intricately built wall, whose lines harmonize with the design above the sink, while the glass wall creates a sense of spaciousness by expanding the 1-meter width.
Natural materials, earth tones, and a bio-fireplace all contribute to enhancing our comfort, ensuring relaxation as we immerse ourselves in hot water with a glass of wine, surrounded by the glow of the fireplace, and listening to soft music. The bathroom has won the Special Sponsorship Award for Bathroom of the Year 2024 - Laufen, as well as the 2nd place in the Bathroom of the Year 2024 - Audience Choice Award.
