Deadlock Celeste Guide: Abilities, Build & Tips (2026)
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Celeste is the newest face a lot of players are searching for — a Coney Island sideshow performer turned high-flying spirit caster who glides around fights raining light. She's squishy and draft-dependent rather than a blind first-pick, but she's slippery and satisfying when you master her air movement. This guide covers her current kit with the data deadlock.io build tools draw from.
Deadlock.ioQuick answer: Celeste is a mobile spirit caster: debuff a target with Light Eater for bonus damage and lifesteal, poke with Radiant Daggers, bubble with Dazzling Trick, and control fights with the bouncing slow ult Shining Wonder.

Her abilities
| Ability | What it does |
|---|---|
| Cone of light that makes enemies take more spirit damage from you and grants you lifesteal against them. | |
| Beams of light crash down and explode after a delay; hitting heroes stacks a spirit-damage buff. Poke wave-clear. | |
| Wrap yourself in a barrier; if it breaks, it explodes and silences nearby enemies. Anti-dive panic button. | |
| An orb that bounces between enemies, damaging and slowing them (and cutting their dash distance). |
Build & leveling
- Early:
Extra Spirit,
Mystic Expansion,
Spirit Lifesteal,
Extra Stamina - Core:
Stamina Mastery,
Torment Pulse,
Mystic Vulnerability,
Improved Spirit - Late:
Boundless Spirit,
Escalating Exposure,
Ethereal Shift
Ability order: prioritize Light Eater (your amp lifesteal); then either max Radiant Daggers for poke or keep developing Light Eater. Take Shining Wonder at every ult breakpoint.
Tips
- Play her like a glass cannon — win with air movement and positioning, not duels.
- Land Light Eater first in every trade; your damage and sustain key off it.
- Save Dazzling Trick as your anti-dive button; hold the ult for clustered fights.
